Crew Membership – £20 p/m
Although our club is for everyone, we recognise that people at different stages have different needs. We therefore create bespoke crews matching people at similar stages or in similar scenarios so that the crew can focus on the things that matter to them. We see everyone as a leader or entrepreneur in their own way, even if they’re not the boss!
Each crew focuses on relevant challenges for their stage in leadership and enterprise. We cap crews at 12 members to allow deeper connections and relevant peer support to happen.
Crew membership includes:
1:1 sessions
Many people find it beneficial to book 1:1 sessions to explore their needs and their ideas in a supportive environment. Our one-to-one sessions offer a dedicated space to help you to focus on the things that matter to you and this focused time can really help you to grow.
Alternatively, you may want to book a 1:1 session to share that idea you’ve had and to work out what your next steps might be.

Retainer Packages
Most small charities and start-up businesses don’t have the budget to employ people in a senior leadership team and can find they don’t have the time or specialism to grow in certain areas. This can be a very real stumbling block for growth.
Our charity and small business retainer package is the ideal and affordable solution. You’ll get a full strategy/leadership day once a month to help you focus on moving forwards in the best way. Or you can pool your days together to focus on a project piece. It’s up to you how you use the time over the twelve months.

Academies and Labs
There are times when we need to focus more specifically on an area of development or learning. This is when joining an academy or lab can make a real difference.
Labs are offered as short workshops with some additional exercises and learning alongside the live session[s].
Academies are offered as 6-month focused growth programmes, capped at just eight in a group with some complementary 1:1 sessions.
Building a Brand – £200
In this lab we will help you to get to grips with the basics of building a brand and you’ll have space to make a start.
We are confident that you’ll have so much in place by the end of the lab that you’ll be excited to share your brand with the world!

Starting with Socials – £125
An introduction to get you going with social media for your organisation. We’ll give you some tips and tools to build your confidence.

A six-month academy dedicated to helping you get your start up going.
Surround yourself with support, knowledge and money saving advice that will get you going and growing in a way that is customised to your needs. With 1:1 sessions to support you in your venture and free access to Building a Brand lab.

Growth Academy – £500
Join this academy to help you grow in your understanding and confidence.
We’ll help you to better understand yourself, the voices of influence, and we will help you to find ways to grow in your role.

Bespoke Packages
We know that sometimes it doesn’t work to access a course or buy a set package and that is when our bespoke projects are perfect to help you to take things forward. We can tailor a package that works for you and fits your budget. These bespoke projects allow you to include others from your team if there are more people involved.

Like most things we do, our training packages are tailored to your needs so that you get the best outcomes for your situation. Whether you need help to develop training workshops or programmes for your clients, or if you are looking to expand the team and want to create train the trainers material or an onboarding process – we are here to help you!
